The Utilita Arena, like many others, is now set up for mobile ticketing – ensuring the process of entering the Arena upon arrival is quicker and easier for all who attend. Without issuing paper tickets, we are also supporting the event's ongoing commitment to sustainability. The process of downloading your ticket to an app will be free, swift and very simple. And we will guide you through every step well in advance of your arrival at this year's tournament.

This is a standard security check used to prevent automated bots from bulk-purchasing tickets, helping keep the buying process fair for genuine fans.

Booking fees cover the cost of secure payment processing, mobile ticket delivery and customer support provided by our ticketing partner.

All attendees, including children, require a valid ticket to enter the venue regardless of whether they occupy a seat.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our ticketing partner's support team with your order reference.

Your ticket is delivered via the AXS mobile ticketing app. Simply log in with the email address used at checkout to view and present your ticket.

Search for "AXS Tickets" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, download the app and sign in with your order email address.

Subject to availability, tickets may be sold at the Utilita Arena box office. We recommend booking in advance online to guarantee your seat.

Small hand-held flags are welcome. Flags on poles or of a size that could obstruct other spectators' views are not permitted inside the arena.

Pre-ordered programmes can be collected from the designated merchandise desk at the venue on the day, on presentation of your order confirmation.

Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted inside the arena. All bags are subject to a security search on entry.
